研究领域包括：国际技术转移、技术管理和创新管理、战略管理、领导力、教育创新、环球高等教育发展战略。在国际著名期刊发表论文100余篇（英文含会议论文）。在「瞭望中国」《剑桥视野》「清华管理评论」「中国企业管理」「联合国纪事」中英文发表50多篇论文全面阐释「中国和式创新理论」。出版学术专著（英文5部，中文3部）包括：「中国技术与知识转移」（英文），「中国企业竞争力：东西相逢」英文），「中国和式创新：引领未来」（中文）等。

与英国翡翠出版集团Emerald Insight合作创办的英文学术期刊包括：中国技术管理；中国经济与外贸研究；中国知识创新；中国科技政策；中国企业家精神等。向世界说明中国，让世界探寻中国。

2022年牛津大学赛义德商学院战略管理学会年会《全球高等教育卓越教育家50人奖项》获得者。著名战略与创新学者，思想家，中国和式创新理论的提出者。

 Dr. Professor Richard Li-Hua is a distinguished academic, educator, and thought leader with a profound impact on international education, technology management, and innovation. He currently serves as the Director General of the Professional Committee of Internationalization of Digital Education (in preparation) of the China Association of Educational Technology. Additionally, he holds the position of International President of Xi'an Peihua University, China and is the Founder and Principal of ELITE Innovation College Cambridge. He also serves as Vice President of "Outlook China" and is a columnist for the "Cambridge Perspective" section of the publication.

Dr. Li-Hua is a Distinguished Visiting Professor at several prestigious institutions, including Henley Business School at the University of Reading, UK, the University of Pennsylvania, USA, the University of Windsor, Canada, and Sun Yat-sen University, China. His academic contributions extend to his role as a Visiting Scholar at Cambridge Judge Business School and as a Strategic Advisor to the Tsinghua University Research Center for Technological Innovation. He is also recognized as a Senior Expert by both the European Union Intellectual Property Office and the Chinese Ministry of Science and Technology.

Since 2006, Dr. Li-Hua has concurrently served as the President of the Chinese Association for Management of Technology (CAMOT), and since 2014, he has been the President of the Cambridge China Innovation Research Institute. His extensive career includes his tenure as the former President of Zhengzhou Sias University (a returnee from overseas) and as the former President of New Beacon Campus in the UK.

His research areas encompass international technology transfer, technology management and innovation management, strategic management, leadership, educational innovation, and global higher education development strategies. Dr. Li-Hua has published over 100 papers in internationally renowned journals, including conference papers in English. He has also published more than 50 papers in Chinese in esteemed publications such as "Outlook China," "Cambridge Perspective," "Tsinghua Management Review," and "Chinese Enterprise Management." These works comprehensively elaborate on the "China Embracing Innovation Theory." He has authored eight academic monographs, five in English and three in Chinese, including "Technology and Knowledge Transfer in China," " Competitiveness of Chinese Firms: East Meets West," and "China Embracing Innovation: Leading to the Future."

In collaboration with the UK-based publishing group Emerald Insight, Dr. Li-Hua has launched several English academic journals, including Journal of Technology Management in China, Journal of Chinese Economy and Foreign Trade Studies, Journal of Knowledge-based Innovation in China, Journal Science and Technology Policy in China, and Journal of Chinese Entrepreneurship. These journals aim to explain China to the world and encourage global exploration of China's advancements.

In recognition of his outstanding contributions, Dr. Li-Hua was awarded the "Top 50 Educators Award for Global Higher Education Excellence " at the Said Business School of Oxford University's Strategic Management Society Annual Conference in 2022. As a renowned scholar of strategy and innovation, a thinker, and the proposer of the China Embracing Innovation Theory, Dr. Li-Hua continues to shape the future of education and innovation on a global scale.
